Internet Explorer Configuration Requirements for MetaSolv Solution Running in Stand-alone Installation or Citrix Server Environment (Doc ID 455090.1)

Goal

Internet Explorer must be installed on the client machine where MetaSolv Solution is also installed.  Additionally, the client components (tbs.exe, jmanager.exe, jmaster.exe, jwkr.exe) that connect to the application hosted on the WebLogic Server for GET requests require Internet Explorer's HTTP connections be configured to use HTTP 1.1 or users will NOT be able to logon; reference Doc ID 1053017.1.  This document provides information about configuring Internet Explorer's HTTP settings for a single user stand-alone installation as well as on a Citrix server environment.
