After upgrading Database from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52 and re-linking Oracle Clinical, PSUB starts up fine,
however batch validations fail with following error:
/opt/oracle/app/oracle/product/4.5.1/oc/45/psub/launchps.sh: <PID> Killed
