Symptoms
OC 4.5.1:
Mass Changes : The following error stack is returned when attempting to validate the 'RDCI Key Changes' Candidate Data Set (CDS) :
ERROR
362000: Problem validating CDS changes against target
tables: A Fatal DCAPI Failure Has Occurred, Check Data
Integrity;FailureAction() failed, Check Data Integrity;
ProcessRDCIKeyChanges() Failed;type

Steps To Reproduce:
- Navigate Main menu
- Conduct
- Mass changes
- RDCI Key Changes
- Create a new record for RDCI Key changes with a criteria
- Click Create CDS
- Go CDS
- Add a 'New Comment'
- Save.
- Click Validate.
