AERS Portal AERS Folders and Users Folders timed out (Doc ID 458290.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


AERS users can’t see and open some of their latest saved files (folders) using AERS Folders
-> User Folders on AERS Portal. They can see their jobs in user folders using CARES browser but
not on the Portal. Both AERS folders and User Folders open timed-out with the data cut off at some
point where HTML code is displayed.
