Cannot Uncheck Enabled Box in Rule Set Interface

This problem can occur on any platform.
In Profitability Manager or Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator, you cannot disable a member of a Rule Set. If you disable a member of a Rule Set by unchecking the "Enabled" box and clicking "Apply" to save the change, when you re-open the Rule Set, the "Enabled" box is once again checked. The change is not saved.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to the Profitability Manager responsibility
- Go to Process Management > Rule Set
- Open a Rule Set
- Un-check the "Enabled" box for one of the rules
- Click Apply
- Re-open the Rule Set
The "Enabled" box is checked again.
