EudraCT Is Not Being Reflected on the E2B Report

This problem can occur on any platform.
When an E2B Report is ran with a case that contains the EudraCT Code, it is not reflected on the XML output.
'Send EudraCT' is checked under Global Maintenance--> E2B Receivers.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into AERS
2. Click Run/ Monitor Reports
3. Under Global Maintenance--> E2B Receivers, make sure 'Send EudraCT' is checked.
3. Run the E2B Report where EudraCT code is entered.
