Symptoms

Common Problems incurred when making the jump from the Collaborator Workbench to the Business Modeler:

1.  On 7.1.1:  Users applied Demantra 7.1.1 CU1 patch 6375504 to their instance. Before this patch was applied they could make the jump from the Collaborator Workbench to the Business Modeler in a few
seconds. After this patch was installed, everytime they first login to the Collaborator Workbench and
select the Business Modeler, an installer window comes up like it's performing an installation and it
now takes a few minutes to finally get into the Business Modeler. They can access the Business
Modeler successfully using Modeler.exe very quickly as well (ie manually in the Desktop folder).

It is expected the installer will not run everytime when making this jump from the Collaborator Workbench to the Business Modeler

2.  On 7.1.1:  Users logged into the Collaborator Workbench and select the dropdown list for Planning Applications - they select Business Modeler, but the following error window pops up:

Process execution failed with the following error : 'modeler.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

3.  On 7.1.1: Users logged into the Collaborator Workbench and select the dropdown list for Planning Applications - they select Business Modeler, but the following error window pops up:

Unable to Connect to Servlet for Application Credentials
