Problem Viewing Service Tab In Customer Center For Account With Subscription Service Group (Doc ID 462773.1)

Unable to view SERVICES tab in Customer Center for account that has subscription service group.

SERVICES tab is blank whenever there is a subscription service group present in the account.

Reproduction Steps

1. Use Pricing Center to create a subscription plan with a subscription service group.
2. Start Customer Center, log in as root.
3. Create an account by using the "Test Subscription" plan
4. Go to SERVICES tab and verify SERVICES tab is blank.

No error is encountered in cm/dm_oracle.
