Symptoms

RDC OnSite4.5.2:

When attempting to submit a report from RDC OnSite, the following error occurs:

ERROR:

Report status is RS_SUBMITFAILED, which means there was an error submitting the report (the report never reached the Reports Server).


Steps To Reproduce:

 

 

  1. Login to RDC OnSite
  2. Try to submit a PDR report
  3. Report submit action ends in error (error in patient report submit!) and status of the job is RS_SUBMITFAILED
