Service Changes(Sim Swap/Num Swap) Are Not Auditing In Database (Doc ID 465938.1)

Patch <<5833658>> solves this issue.

Symptoms

Requirement is to track customer's New SIM and old SIM.

Currently it is storing only first time created SIM in au_service_alias_list_t.but not storing  further SIM swap details in audit tables.
   
    Reproductions steps:
1.Create an account with TEL and SMS devices and attached both SIM and NUM during account creation.

DURING ACCOUNT CREATION:

SIM  = 639027011231462 AND NUM = 722910690

    2. After creation both services are inactive.
    3. Change the TEL to active , changed the SIM and Saved.
    NOW SIM WAS CHANGED TO 639027011231501
    4. It is not given any popup message but only changed sim to TEL Service.
    5. Next go to opt/portal/7.2/apps/telco and provisioned new service order
    6.Change the SIM again to 000000000800215 and saved.
    6. Next check in the database with the following query:
