Ora-01403: No Data Found and Signal 6 Error When Using an Intercompany Data Component in PFT Mapping Rule

In Profitability Manager (PFT) 11i, when attempting to run a mapping rule with an Intercompany dimension data component the following error occurs:
Error from View Log:
APP-FEM-416323: An unhandled error has occurred while processing the condition: ORA-01403: no data found. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
Error from Output Log:
FEMCCE: 5975797/fem/lib/FCFilterCond.cpp:355: INT FCFilterConditions:GetAssemblerPredicate(class
SimpleString &,DBHandle = DB_ID): Assertion '0' failed.
Program was terminated by signal 6
The View Source results from the Mapping Rule also display incorrect results. The errors occur in both a Local or Global condition and if "Display SQL" is used in a Global Condition, instead of the condition sql the following error results from the 'FEMCONDAPI module: FEM: Conditions API':
An unhandled error has occurred while processing the condition: ORA-01403: no data found. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Simple Source Mapping Rule
2. Add a local or global 'Intercompany' dimension Data Component
==> Check the View Source results
==> Run the Mapping Rule
