Correlation_ID Wrong Format When CM Calls Eai_js (Doc ID 467686.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 28, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.3.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Correlation_ID is not in standard format when Connection Manager (CM) calls EAI_JS.
It should be: <version>:<machine>:<program>:<PID>:<TID>:<op>:<time_t>:<salt>

One obtained:
1:<HOSTNAME>:cm_batch:<PID>:<TID>:1190111749:14

This is not correct as there is no separator ":" between thread_id <TID> and opcode_name.

This issue only occurs when CM calls publish_event opcode through EAI_JS. The problem only shows up in the CM log, not the EAI_JS log.
