Unable to Run Demantra Workflows that Call the EngineManager.exe when the Web Server is on a non-Windows platform. ERROR Invalid Command Line (Doc ID 468071.1)

On Demantra versions, when attempting to execute the "EBS Price List Download" workflow, or for that matter any Demantra workflow that is calling the Demantra Analytical Engine when the Web Server in question is on a non-Windows platform, the following error occurs:

"Invalid Command Line" "XX:\Program Files\Demantra Spectrum\Collaborator\Demantra\..\..\Demand Planner\Analytical Engines\bin\EngineManager.exe" 1 1""

However, EngineManager.exe can be run on the Windows command line (cmd.exe) without any error.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enter Collaborator Workbench.
2  Run workflow of EBS Forecast Line of Business (note that other Workflows might also call the Engine)
3. Error message occurs.
4. However, EngineManager.exe can be run on a Windows command line without error.
