Error Reported When Running Pin_apply_bulk_adjustment. (Doc ID 468989.1)

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version: 7.0.0.0 to 7.0.0.0
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

On INFRANET 7.0, running the following command:

    pin_apply_bulk_adjustment -f test.csv -v

will generate the error below:

pin_apply_bulk_adjustment -f test1.csv -v

Initializing the application.

Opening the input file: test1.csv

Opening the file bulk_adj.flist for writing

Opening the file pin_mta_failed.csv for writing Invalid Records

Reading the input file: test1.csv
pin_mta_init_app error: Invalid record found at line 1 for account
0.0.0.1 /account 15269 0

pin_mta_init_app: Read 1 record(s) from the CSV file, out of which 1
was/were erroneous.

pin_mta_init_app error: Input file is empty or all records are
invalid.


pin_mta_init_search: Distributing the task among the worker
threads...

Opening the input file: test1.csv

Opening the file pin_mta_failed.csv for writing Invalid Records

No. of records successfully processed = 0
No. of records failed to process = 1
Total No. of records processed = 1

 

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Create a test.csv file as per doc.
    e.g:
    0.0.0.1 /account 15269 0, -9.5, 0.0.0.1 /balance_group 12901 0, , 840, , , ,
    Rate problem

2 pin_apply_bulk_adjustment -f test.csv -v
