FW: LDAP Import Query On Active Directory Always Returns Empty Resultset in CCB (Doc ID 469237.1)

Symptoms

LDAP queries we have configured always return an empty result set in the XAI response from the default LDAP Import adapter

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a JNDI server that points to the LDAP server .

2. A mapping from LDAP objects to CC&B base security objects was defined.

3. The mapping from step 2 was referenced in the files XAIParameterInfo.xml and MPLParameterInfo.xml

4. Try to query the LDAP service from "Utilities Menu --> Security --> LDAP Import". This always results in the message "Entity not found in LDAP" (Message number 1, 64400 ; with no Call Sequence entries).
