11.5.10 in Test
PROBLEM
We are getting an Error message while clicking the Global Availability Button on the ATP Inquiry
Form in Order management module.
Below are the Error Messages that we get:
ORA-02083:database name has illegal character '.'
ORA-06512:at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL", line 909
ORA-06512:at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 39
ORA-06512:at "APPS.MSc_SCH_WB", line 842
### Recent Changes ###
This instance is cloned from production (11.5.9) and upgraded to 11.5.10.2
Database was upgraded from 9i to 10g (10.2.0.3.0)
STEPS
Responsibility: Order Management Super User
1.Open ATP Inquiry Form
2.Give the Item name and Qty
3.Click on the Global Availability Button.
4.Above Specified Error message appears and unable to view Global Availability.
BUSINESS IMPACT
Cannot use this function in the form
