EBS Location Level Data Like Account, Customer, Customer Class Show Unassociated To Series When Viewing In Worksheet

Symptoms

On Demantra 7.1.1 with EBS 11.5.10 in Test:
EBS location files appear to be loading as part of the seeded EBS download for Collect Sales and Bookings History into Demantra.  The Demantra tables t_ep_ebs_account, t_ep_ebs_customer, etc. are
populated with our EBS data as well as the source table t_src_loc_tmpl.  However, users are unable to
use the location data as part of a worksheet aggregation. Apparently, the location data is not linked to any collected series data (specifically account data). What it appears to be is that the EBS Location = Account data is Unassociated when viewed in the Demantra Worksheet

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect user is able use the location data and able to link the location to the series in the
worksheets.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Standard Collection
2. Run EBS Collect Sales and Booking History Request Set - verify data went to the tables
3. Download EBS Price List
4. Attempt to create Demantra Worksheet using EBS Booking Series aggregated by Location = Account.  The location data shows Unassociated
