Unable To View Output File As PDF Format. Acrobat States The File Is Corrupted (Doc ID 470512.1)

On 4.5.1, After submitting a batch job that output file was in PDF format, output file was
created. But when you try to view the file with Adobe Acrobat, you get "file cannot be opened"

Using any supported version of Adobe Acrobat (Does not affect Adobe Reader)


Adobe Reader could not open 'pa029201.fdf' because it is either not a supported file type or
because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't
correctly decoded).

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Select any report in OC and click on Job details
  2. Change the output type to FILE and output format to PDF.
  3. Submit Job
  4. When you try to open the output file, you get error message (see the extension of the file – it says fdf)
