Goal
A typical CGF (Charging Gateway Function) deployment involves provisioning a Primary and Secondary CGF, operating on different servers. The Secondary only operates in situations where the Primary cannot receive and/or acknowledge the receipt of billing information from Network Elements.
This document provides a procedure to allow an user to verify the proper operation of the secondary, to ensure it will perform properly if it ever receives data.
