When service is created by mistake with incorrect start date T1, there is a need to correct the start date. Oracle BRM 7.0 allows to change the start date to a later one T2 > T1. When the date is changed,no proration correction is performed, so the assigned amount of free units is exactly as it was before change of start date.
1. Create service with effective date T1, e.g. 11th Aug. Free units (Free minutes) are prorated and customer gets 28Free minutes.
2. Change service start date to T2 > T1, e.g. to 16th Aug. Free units should be prorated again and customer should get 22Free minutes. But amount of Free minutes does not change.
