Symptoms

Communications between Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems should be established and known to be working by testing non-completion message types between the two systems (i.e  FA creations from CC&B passing to MWM and creating the common workorder). 

Workorder completion messages sent from Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) as a message 53' are not successfully received and processed by Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).

The error is identified by the following message with occurs in the Router.exe trace log after details of the outgoing SOAP message:

INFO¦13:22:42¦2468¦Web Service Thread failed to send message 53 to destination CCB (XThreadWebService::Thread)
