MWM Integration Failed to Successfully Send Outgoing Message to CC&B

Workorder completion messages sent from Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) as a message 53' are not successfully received and processed by Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B).
The error is identified by the following message with occurs in the Router.exe trace log after details of the outgoing SOAP message:
INFO¦13:22:42¦2468¦Web Service Thread failed to send message 53 to destination CCB (XThreadWebService::Thread)
