OGL EPF Integration
After applying the FEM.D.1 Rollup #3 patch and a file from development provided for <<Bug:6367995>>, when you re-run the General Ledger (GL) to Enterprise Performance Foundation (EPF) dimension transfer rules, one of the dimension rules fails. The following error is in the Concurrent Manager View Log:
Initializing global variables.
No message found
Process registration has failed.
The FND: Debug output in FND_LOG_MESSAGES shows the following additional error:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (FEM.FEM_VALUE_SETS_B_U1) violated
ORA-01403: no data found
Calling FEM_VALUE_SETS_PKG.insert_row with

Several different dimensions get can get this error.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Go to the Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator responsibility
- Go to Data Rules > Oracle Dimension Sources > Chart of Accounts
- Click on the "Submit All Rules" button to run all of the dimension rules
- One dimension rule fails with the above errors
