MSDDEMPSP - Push Setup Parameters


Symptoms

7.2 and above.
When attempting to run Collect Shipment and Booking History request set - MSDDEMPSP - Push Setup
Parameters errors with the following:

Deleting time data from source msd_dem_dates
Exception: msd_dem_push_setup_parameters.push_time_data - 17-DEC-07
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
Error(5): msd_dem_push_setup_parameters.push_setup_parameters - 17-DEC-07

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Standard ASCP Collections
2. Run Collect Shipment and Booking history
3. Child request MSDDEMPSP - Push Setup Parameters errors out
