Unable To View Output From Batch Validaton Jobs. (Doc ID 549243.1)

You have a new installation of OC 4.5.1 along with TMS 4.6.

There is secure FTP file viewing for reports. Everything seems to work OK.

Reports jobs work fine and the output can be viewed.

But when clicking on view output after running the batch validation /PSUB job a screen comes up with

“file not found.”



The batch validation job is successful and the output file on the back-end server and  the log file created.
