Before
The method in which the Acrobat 8 installer sets the "Use only certified plug-ins" value
to on by default at the time Acrobat 8 is installed differs from previous versions of Acrobat.
Customers must have "Use only certified plug-ins" unchecked to use RDC PDF and were forced to manually
uncheck the value in order to use the RDC PDF plug-in with Acrobat 8.

After
The RDC PDF plug-in installer was modified to uncheck the "Use only certified plug-ins"
value so that customers do not have to manually uncheck the value if using Acrobat 8.

However, after the patch the RDC PDF Plug-in is NOT unchecking the "Use only certified plug-ins"
value, so when you click on the CRF to open in the PDF format, it is not opening.
