Attempting Responses Mass Change Fails Validation Step But No Validate Comment (Doc ID 549361.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On OC 4.5.0 when we validate the change after making a group update, the resulting status becomes
'VF' for each record. However, there is no comment provided in the 'Validate Comment' field
indicating why the validation failed.

Expect the comment field to have valid comments as to why the validation failed.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup study with DCI, DCM, Repeating QG and Question.
2. Add repeat default, make the question non-enterable.
3. Enter data.
4. Setup mass change and update the values
5. Attempt to validate the change.
