Cannot Top Up Voucher In Customer Center (Doc ID 549791.1)

When attempting to do a manual voucher top up using Customer Center, we may encounter below error in a popup message :

voucher could not be found in database

In fact the voucher does have a valid state in the database.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Find an voucher ID which can be allocated.
  2. From Customer Center, enter voucher id and pin.
  3. Customer Center errors out saying that the voucher is not found in the database.
