Bill Suppression Does Not Work Properly (Doc ID 550779.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

For a non paying child account whose parent is on bill suppression, the bills get lost once the account is out of suppression.

Usually non paying accounts are exceptions to bill suppression and the bill amount should be rolled to the parent once the parent account is out of suppression .
