Database is Master Repository
The database may be unavailable due to backups or other causes. At this time, the resource manager gateway may disconnect from the smauto planner process. The company is not running resource manager web services and would like to continue to process updates to the planner client, so that when the gateway re-establishes a connection to the smauto process, the database is updated with the changes.
The user unchecked the option "Database is Master Repository" on the resource manager options menu item --> region form so that changes in the planner client would override the database data when the connection from gateway to smauto is reestablished.
Some changes in the planner client were lost when made while the gateway and smauto are resynchronizing.
