Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On OC 4.5, on the PDR report, the test names (default repeat questions) keep overtyping each other rather than having a <CR><LF> after each entry.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect there to be a <cr> <lf> at the end of each "name of test" entry
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open RDC
2. Chose "SHow all data for patient"
3. File...Reports
4. Chose landscape mode
5. Standard Data format
6. Submit
7. Scroll down to page 13
8. Under "Name of test" the test names keep overtyping each other rather than having a
<CR><LF> after each entry.
