The active record in the DHTFOSCH table is not always updated with the travel time. It appears that when the scheduler reallocates an order to a new crew, the previous crews record TRAVEL_MINUTES is updated instead of the new crew/shift_id active record by the server application. The data is passed from the web services and gateway properly. The server and router log process the data, but it appears that the wrong record in the table is updated
The fo with the record_ind = 'A' will have the travel minutes and the travel minutes should not be null.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purge the orders data from MWM and Sidewinder databases
2. Update the CISCreateUpdate.map file - the top block to reflect the current date (use the "Update Map file.vbs" script to do that).
3. Start the application processes
4. Copy the sales orders into the test directory INPUT folder of the router
Due to this issue, users cannot always see the time traveled between orders on the dispatcher workstation gantt chart (only the active record). The sales team needs this functionality to make sales.
