This problem can occur on any platform.
Expect the RA data for each batch id to be equal to the no. of records processed for that particular batch id.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Input 5 mediation files to the rating pipeline or a single file with 5 different batch ids
2. Rating pipeline will create one IREL out file for all the above 5 mediation files
3. Proc Audit entry will be created for each mediation batches with the total number of CDR
in the IREL file instead of total number of CDR per batch.
