One-to-One Fulfillment Server Stops Printing after a Certain Number of Print Requests (Doc ID 554454.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to print documents using One-to-One Fulfillment & Pasta, the error below occurs in the ErrorsXX.log file.  There are no errors in the jtffmctl.txt log file.  On a restart of the process to print the documents, One-to-One Fulfillment continues processing successfully until it errors out again.

 

Steps
1.  Responsibility: Oracle Student Systems User
2.  Run a concurrent process that prints documents (eg Acknowledgements letter)
3. View the Fulfillment Request in the History page
4. The Request fails.

On reviewing the log files, the error above is seen.
