RM Stochastic Process Fails with Job Returned -6 and Assertion Failed: Row <= DownRow

In Risk Manager 4.5, a stochastic Process ID that is run daily starts failing on 01/31/2008 with a Job returned: -6 in the Server Status Update screen. In the $OFSA_HOME/log directory, the following error is in the ofsrm.xxxx file:

Assertion failed: Row <= DownRow, file MCRGen/interpol.cpp, line 381
The job ran successfully for 01/30/2008 but fails for 01/31/2008 and the days in February 2008.
- The Cash Flow Edits ran successfully on the data.
- The error still occurred after the server was re-booted.
- The same error occurs with a small number of rate paths (ex. 100).
