Symptoms

Generally, a routine order will not have appointment times. However, when a routine order is moved to be an active order, and is then moved back to be a routine order by the End Of Day (EOD) process, the appointment start time is being set to current date at 2:00 am and the appointment finish is being set to current date at 5:00 pm. in 1.4.5 versions prior to 1.4.5.7.1

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1) Add a routine order with no appointment times to the system.

2) Move the routine order to the active orders queue.

3) Leave the order unworked and run EOD.

4) Notice the routine order is back in the routines queue as it should be but now has artificial appointment start/finish times.
