Getting Error 'Date Not Available' in Tomcat Log (Doc ID 555343.1)

Symptoms

On 7.1.1 in Production:
When attempting to open the worksheet after upgrading data model time bucket to monthly from weekly,
the following error occurs on Tomcat server log.
 "com.demantra.applicationServer.appServerExceptions.ApplicationServerException:
Exception in class TempDatesList - method TempDatesList() : Date not available."

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade data model time bucket from weekly to monthly.
2. Restart Tomcat; see error on tomcat.
