Unable to apply CTM configuration through the Network Processor (Doc ID 556204.1)

After installing CTM in conjunction with the Network Processor, CDK scripts are created against the device or interface but get stuck in "Conflict Active" state. The following messages may also be displayed in the fault pane:

1. Unknown Message. Please contact support

2. Device is in Offline mode
