Package Id Is Not Unique When We Purchase Multiple Products Through Single Trans

This problem can occur on any platform.
1)Open a transaction.
2)Purchase more than one product for that account.
3)commit the transaction
4)package_id value in /purchased_product is same for all the entries present for the account
