Not Able To Cancel An Optional Deal From An Account (Doc ID 556711.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.3.0.0.0 version, not able to cancel an optional deal from an account, and the below error message is thrown,

STEPS

1) Define some plan with two services: for e.g.., Telephony and SMS. Plan has one required deal for service telephony, one required deal for service sms and one optional deal for service SMS.
2) Create account via Customer Center with that plan and during account creation check optional SMS deal to be purchased. Creation ends with success, account has three deals.
3) After creation, try to cancel this optional deal (via Customer Center), then getting error message 'This is a required deal and cannot be canceled'.
