Multiple Service_t.Item_poid_list Entries Result In Field Overflow (Doc ID 556878.1)

Symptoms

When rating call details records (CDR) ,multiple items are getting created after sim change.

Later when this is loaded into the database results in an oracle error.

The Steps are

1. Create an account having SIM Number assigned for telephony service say account is created on
01/01/2010
2. Move pin_virtual_time by 10 Days to 10/01/2010
3. Change the SIM Number in the Services tab of the Customer Center
4. Stop_batch_controller
5. Create an CDR file in the $IFW_HOME/data/in having two records one before
the SIM Change date and 2nd one after the SIM Changing Date
6. After getting processed and out file being generated at
$IFW_HOME/data/out/gsm/telephony, check for the /item/misc poids
