Table Registration Tables and Columns Window does not have Entries (Doc ID 557303.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When attempting to update table registration in Multi-language instance, the tables and columns window does not show any entries in one of the languages and unable to complete the update.

Expect to be able to update table registration.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Performance Foundation Administrator--> Administration --> Register --> Tables and Columns.
2. Unable to see any columns.
