Symptoms
When the users try to generate a provisional DCI forms, after few minutes they get the message:
"24311: 100501: non-ORACLE exception".
They have already read <note 473338.1>.
The FORMS and REPORT servers can ping/access the database server and vice-versa.
The .pdf and .xml files are created in the folder defined in the registry key OPA_XMLTEMP_UNC.
