Symptoms
An error is received when attempting to Update crew shift information via the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Admin Tool. In the Oracle Realtime Scheduler (ORS) database, there is a SHIFT_BREAK record for this crew whose status was INACTIVE. This was the only record in this table, which contains many records, that had this status. Since the SHIFT_BREAK record was for yesterday, it was felt it would not affect ORS if this status was manually changed to COMPLETED as the other SHIFT_BREAKs for yesterday were statused for other crews. Then tried to open the crew's shift via the Admin Tool and it was then successfully opened. Do not know how this crew's shift_break was set to INACTIVE. All changes have either been made via the Admin Tool or perhaps ORS can set them.
-- Business Impact:
Can not update a crew's shift information when this problem occurs.
