Not Able To Select Discount To Share In Customer Center

When going to Sharing Tab on Customer Center with brand manager login, it shows an error message (Cannot process request. See your Portal system administrator). The same error message is shown when selecting the Discount Sharing or Charge Sharing.
The error on the cm.pinlog is:

When trying to create a DSG (Discount Sharing Group), and search for a discount to Share, the
window does not show anything, although there is a discount to share.
Steps to reproduce this problem:
0.- Create a plan with a service level balance group.
1.- Create an account, purchase the plan define on step 0. A separate balance group is created for the service.
2.- Purchase a deal with a discount object in it.
3.- Select Sharing Tab. Get an error message here.
4.- Select Discount Sharing on the Sharing tab. Get an error message here.
5.- Create a new DSG using the Advance button to select the service that was created on step 1.
Then click add to all the discounts that could be share. No discount is shown, although there is one associated to the service select. The discount was purchased on step 2.
