Procedure drop_old_tables_columns.sql errors out in the post upgrade process.

In post upgrade process, when executing the sql file: "drop_old_tables_columns.sql", we get the error that:

1> There is no column: "tax_supplier_id_id0" in event_t & product_t. This is because these columns are already renamed to "tax_supplier" in the procedure: "upgrade_tax_supplier.sql"

2> Instead of droping the columns: "tax_supplier_id_id0", "tax_supplier_id_db","tax_supplier_id_type", "tax_supplier_id_rev" from au_product_t, the columns are attempted to drop from product_t again, which are already dropped.  Hence the "drop_old_tables_columns.sql" errors out saying the columns are non-existant in product_t table.
