Upgrade.Pl Errors Out While Executing: Upgrade_account_product_split.Sql (Doc ID 558499.1)

Symptoms

While executing: upgrade_account_product_split.sql in the Upgrade.pl throws error.

Error

"upgrade_account_product_split.sql" saying
single query returns multiple rows and can not be inserted using '=', '>', '<', '!=' signs.

In the file: "upgrade_account_product_split.sql", there are two statements:
1> INSERT INTO AU_ACCOUNT_PRODUCTS_T_BAK SELECT * FROM AU_ACCOUNT_PRODUCTS_T WHERE
NODE_LOCATION IN (SELECT NODE_LOCATION FROM AU_ACCOUNT_PRODUCTS_T GROUP BY NODE_LOCATION,
LAST_MODIFIED_T HAVING COUNT(NODE_LOCATION)>1 )

2> INSERT INTO AU_ACCOUNT_DISCOUNTS_T_BAK SELECT * FROM AU_ACCOUNT_DISCOUNTS_T WHERE
NODE_LOCATION IN (SELECT NODE_LOCATION FROM AU_ACCOUNT_DISCOUNTS_T GROUP BY NODE_LOCATION,
LAST_MODIFIED_T HAVING COUNT(NODE_LOCATION)>1 )


STEPS
1> Install 7.3 Portal Base
2> Install the 70_73 upgrade patch
3> install the <patch 6151769>
4> Run upgrade.pl
