Pps_internal_error Sent From Aaagw To Ocsac When Brm Doesn't Find Service/Account

This problem can occur on any platform.
Let's consider following example: A and B are GSM subscribers and both should be managed by Oracle BRM, however, B's service/account data are not in the BRM database.
When A calls B. Network triggers MO_VOICE (for A) and MT_VOICE (for B) MBI messages are sent to BRM. MO_VOICE is authorized properly as service/account is identified for A, and MT_VOICE is rejected authorization due to the lack of the service/account data for B. It is expected that BRM sends authorize_reject message for MT_VOICE with Error_code set to SUBSCRIBER_UNKNOWN in such case. But, instead, Error_code is set to PPS_INTERNAL_ERROR.
