Symptoms

When attempting to save a CRF after performing HTML data entry in RDC Oniste 4.5.3,
the following error occurs:

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Login to RDC Onsite 4.5.3
  2. Navigate to Casebooks tab
  3. Perform data entry for a patient
  4. Click save
  5. Error occurs.
