Output Format List Only Shows 'PDF' When Trying To Run RDC Reports (Doc ID 559565.1)

Goal

Navigate to Conduct->Conduct Reports->Data Validation->
pick any Patient Data Report (graphic or charcater), click on 'Job Details', try to change OUTPUT
Format value.

PDF shows greyed out, and you cannot change.

For all other reports, you can choose html

1. Is this the intended behvrior? Only PDF is allowed and not HTML?
2. Will HTML be a choice in the future, and if so, in what release?
