PCM_OP_PYMT_VALIDATE Opcode Fails When Using 7.3 Version Of DM_FUSA (Doc ID 559650.1)

Goal

PCM_OP_PYMT_VALIDATE opcode fails when using 7.3 version of dm_fusa. But this opcode is succeeded when connecting the 6.5 version.

I.e:

With BRM 7.3 and dm_fusa 6.5 the opcode PCM_OP_PYMT_VALIDATE succeeds
With BRM 7.3 and dm_fusa 7.3 the opcode PCM_OP_PYMT_VALIDATE fails

Steps to Reproduce

1) Execute the PCM_OP_PYMT_VALIDATE with the below input flist
